Shipping Policy
InspectUSA.com sells and delivers merchandise throughout the United States, Canada and many other countries throughout the world.
We ask for "extra" patience from our international customers as shipment of their orders may require additional time because of security concerns. If you are a client outside of the United States please send eMail to
to receive purchasing instructions. We use only two carriers, the United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Not all shipping methods are available for all items and we do not guarantee shipping delivery by an exact date. If you need your shipping date guaranteed, you must choose an expedited shipping option.
The InspectUSA.com Shipping and Receiving Department staff processes your orders daily and ships Monday through Friday excluding national holidays.
We will make every effort to ship orders received by 12PM ET on the same day. Orders received after 12PM on Friday will be shipped during the regular shipping
time on the following Monday or on Tuesday if Monday is a holiday. Please carefully enter your delivery information into the order form to reduce errors and delays
in your merchandise being shipped. You may include additional delivery instructions or requirements, such as a "must have by" date, in the comments section of the shipping selection page in the shopping cart.
To control purchasing and credit card fraud, your credit card billing address must match your delivery address. Any deviation between the addresses will result in a shipping delay.
There can be NO exceptions to this requirement if you choose one of the expedited shipping methods. Using PayPal as the payment method will reduce any delays in shipping when the billing and delivery addresses are different.

IMPORTANT: Aerosol cans CAN NOT be shipped by the U.S. Post Office. If your purchase includes aerosol cans, such as canned smoke, you must select UPS Ground as the shipping method.
USPS Shipping Policy
InspectUSA.com typically ships via USPS twice a week. USPS issues are shown below:
- Priority Mail - ships within 4 to 6 days of the order.
- Can be delivered to PO Boxes and APO addresses.
- First Class mail is not trackable.
- Mail insurance is not included in the postage.
UPS Shipping Policy
UPS offers several different shipping options and you have the ability to select the shipping method that works best for you. UPS will NOT
deliver to PO Boxes, APO addresses or the local US Post Office. UPS offers Ground shipping to most locations in the United States and other countries. Additional UPS
shipping options are shown below.
UPS Expedited Shipping Options
If you select one of the expedited options shown below every effort will be made to get your order shipped the same day.
To qualify for same day shipping the order must be received by 2PM ET. If you select an expedited shipping option the credit card billing address
and delivery address must be exact.

Carrier Address Correction Fee
If you supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address (no apartment number listed, transposed zip code, zip code that does not match
the city, etc.) or if you change the delivery address after your package is in transit, the carrier will make every effort to perform an address correction however, they will assess a
fee of $10.00 to the delivery charges. You agree to pay this fee, which will be billed separately to the credit card used for your purchase.
Refused or Returned Deliveries
Our carriers charge a shipping fee when a package must be returned to the shipper.
If you refuse an order or if the merchandise is returned to our warehouse because of an incomplete or incorrect address, you agree to pay the
return shipping costs. This charge will be billed separately to the credit card used for your purchase. If any package can not be
delivered due to our error, no additional shipping charges will be applied.

Please Note: If you mistakenly selected a FREE shipping option, shipping costs will be added after checkout and will not be visible at
the time of checkout. Customers ordering inspection report forms, please allow 5 to 7 days for us to print the materials.
