Shipping Policy: InspectUSA typically ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail twice a week. Other shipping options are
available for additional cost as shown in the list below:

- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS 3-Day Select
If you select one of these expedited options, every effort will be made to get your order
shipped the same day. WE DO NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
Please Note: If you mistakenly selected a FREE shipping option, shipping costs will be added after checkout and will not be visible at
the time of checkout. Customers ordering inspection report forms, please allow 5 to 7 days for us to print the materials.
Expedited processing is available for additional cost. Please see the options on each form product page.
Return Policy: All InspectUSA' (InspectUSA.com)
sales are deemed final with the exception of the following requirements.
InspectUSA does not provide refunds for any reason. Customers who return
merchandise according to the return policy will receive store credit that may be
applied to future purchases. Product manufacturers are solely responsible for
the product warranties. Please refer to your Product Manual for contact info &
instructions. Any merchandise that has been altered, is missing parts or is
damaged is not returnable.
Defective Merchandise: Merchandise purchased from InspectUSA that is
defective upon receipt may be returned to the manufacturer for repair or
replacement within the warranty period for the particular product. Please
contact the appropriate manufacturer directly with questions about a product
warranty. If the manufacturer does not respond within 10 days of your request
for support, please notify InspectUSA at Sales@InspectUSA.com. Include
the order number, date of the sale, product information and a brief description
of the issue. (See Return Request Procedures below.)
Items Damaged During Shipment:
Please notify the carrier immediately upon receipt of the product to report the
damage and file a claim.
Test Kits: All sales of test kits, lightbulbs and batteries of any type are final and no returns or
credits are provided. NO EXCEPTIONS
Meters, Test Equipment and Tools: Requests to return UNOPENED meters and
testing equipment purchased from InspectUSA must be received within 3 days
of receipt. Return requests must be made by e-Mail to Sales@InspectUSA.com.
The request will be evaluated and a response will be provided. No returns of
merchandise will be accepted without prior written authorization from InspectUSA. Accepted returns of unopened merchandise are subject to a $5.00
processing fee plus an 18%
restocking charge. Shipping costs to return the product to InspectUSA are paid
by the customer. The customer will receive a store credit for the remaining
balance.
Requests to return OPENED meters and testing equipment purchased from InspectUSA must be received within 3 days of receipt. Return requests must
be made by e-Mail to Sales@InspectUSA.com. The request will be evaluated and a
response will be provided. No returns of merchandise will be accepted without
prior written authorization from InspectUSA. Accepted returns of opened
merchandise are subject to a $15.00 processing fee plus a 33% restocking charge. Shipping costs to return the product to InspectUSA are paid by the
customer. The customer will receive a store credit for the remaining balance.
Wrong Merchandise: In the event a customer is sent the wrong item(s),
InspectUSA will pay for all shipping costs associated with the shipment of
the correct merchandise to the customer’s location and the return of the
incorrect merchandise back to our warehouse. If the incorrect merchandise is not
received by InspectUSA within the prearranged specified time period or is damaged or missing
parts, the customer will be charged the full retail price of the item(s).
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
Return Request Procedures
InspectUSA will not accept unauthorized returns. Please make sure
to contact customer service at Sales@InspectUSA.com BEFORE returning an item
to us.

- Model number of item(s) to be returned
- Condition of the items to be returned
- Complete or missing pieces/parts
- Undamaged or Damaged
- Reason for return request
PLEASE NOTE: InspectUSA is unable to issue a credit for any
shipping costs associated with the delivery and/or the return of any items.
When the Return Authorization (RA) number is issued we will provide you
with a ship to location. YOU MUST OBTAIN THIS NUMBER BEFORE SHIPPING YOUR
PRODUCT. The goods associated with this RA number must be post marked within 7
days of the number's issuance.
Please make sure to clearly mark the RA number on the shipping label of the
package. Do not write the RA number directly on the container - ONLY ON THE
SHIPPING LABEL. A copy of the e-Mail correspondence between the customer and
InspectUSA should be included in the package.
InspectUSA is not responsible for items that do not arrive at our
warehouse. Therefore, we strongly suggest packages be insured and shipped in a
way that provides tracking and proof of delivery.
Items received at our warehouse may take 3 to 5 business days to be processed.
Your InspectUSA.com account will be credited within 5 to 7
business days after returned merchandise has been processed.
Manufacturer Warranties Do Not Cover The Following Items: 1. Cost of shipping the product back to
the manufacturer and/or InspectUSA. 2. Normal wear, scratches or fading of product. 3. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, tampering with the product including the
removal of the back cover. 4. Damage caused by failure to follow installation and use directions found in
the manual. 5. Consequential damages, incidental damages or expenses, including damages to
property and personal injury.
