Lutron DI-6500 5 kV High Voltage Insulation Tester

The Lutron DI-6500 is a high voltage insulation resistance tester with four selectable test voltages — 500 V, 1 kV, 2.5 kV and 5 kV — covering a measurement range from 100 kΩ to 250 GΩ. Ranging is automatic, and the meter performs automatic zero adjustment before a test and automatically discharges the circuit afterward. A backlit display, over-input and low battery indication, and an RS-232/USB computer interface round out the instrument. Certified to ISO-9001, CE and IEC 1010.

This instrument generates up to 5,000 volts. It is intended for use by qualified personnel only. Never touch the test leads or the circuit under test while a test is in progress, and always allow the automatic discharge circuit to complete before disconnecting.
