Order Cancellation Policy

Inspect USA® processes and ships most orders quickly after payment authorization. Because payment processors immediately deduct non-refundable transaction fees, any cancelled order is subject to a 5% processing-fee deduction from the refund amount.

If a cancellation is requested before shipment, we will make every effort to accommodate it. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our standard Return Policy.

Cancellations resulting from a credit-card billing-address mismatch may also incur the same deduction. To verify shipping authorization for an alternate address (such as a business location or a trans-shipper), we may request supporting documentation including:

• Government-issued photo ID matching the billing name and address
• Credit-card authorization letter or company purchase-order form
• Proof of association with the alternate shipping address
