As-Is / Parts Only Policy

Certain items offered by Inspect USA are sold as-is for parts, salvage, or repair. These items are clearly identified as parts-only on the product page and are sold at a reduced price.

Condition

Parts-only items are untested unless the product page states otherwise. They may be non-functional, incomplete, damaged, cosmetically worn, or missing accessories, manuals, batteries, cases, or software. Any known condition details are listed in the individual product description; the absence of a detail is not a representation that the item is free of that defect.

No Representation of Function

Inspect USA makes no representation that a parts-only item powers on, operates, or performs any function. These items have not been calibrated, serviced, bench tested, or safety tested. Photographs are representative of condition only and do not indicate operability.

Intended Use

Salvage of components, boards, sensors, housings, and hardware.
Repair stock for identical or compatible units already in service.
Training, teardown, display, and non-operational demonstration.

Not Intended For

Parts-only items are not sold for inspection, diagnostic, clinical, forensic, real estate transaction, occupational compliance, or any other regulated or reportable testing. Any repair, modification, or return to service is performed entirely at the buyer's risk and responsibility, including verification of electrical safety and any calibration required by the authority having jurisdiction.

Warranty

Parts-only items are sold as-is, where-is, with all faults. No warranty applies, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturer warranties, service contracts, and technical support do not transfer with parts-only items, and Inspect USA does not provide technical support, documentation, or repair guidance for them.
