Use the SSM1 to directly measure superheat or subcool by direct connections
for temperature and pressure. The SSM1 is programmed with the most common four
refrigerants, with data from the NIST-Pro refrigeration database for
temperature-pressure values.
Clamp the pipe temperature probe around the refrigerant line, and pressure to
the service port, and the SSM1 will perform the calculations for you. A magnetic
mount allows for hands free use, with a bright back-lit display to use in low
light conditions.
