Instructions:

Count-Up:
• At “00.00” press START/STOP to start counting.
• Press START/STOP again to stop.
• To resume counting press START/STOP once.
• Press LEFT button & MIDDLE button to reset to “00.00”.

Count-Down:
• Press LEFT button & MIDDLE button to reset to “00.00”.
• Press LEFT button to set minutes.
• Press MIDDLE button to set seconds.
• Press START/STOP to start. Press again to stop.
• When alarm is on, press any key to stop. Automatically displays last timer setting.
