Expired Test Kit Policy

Certain test kits offered by Inspect USA are past the manufacturer's printed "best by" or expiration date. These items are clearly identified as expired on the product page and are sold at a reduced price.

Packaging and Storage

These kits were sealed by the manufacturer and have been held in stable, controlled indoor conditions since receipt, with no exposure to temperature extremes, moisture, or direct sunlight. Individual packaging has not been opened or disturbed.

Intended Use

• Training, classroom instruction, and technician familiarization.
• Procedure rehearsal, demonstration, and practice runs.
• Experimental, comparative, and research work where certified results are not required.

Reagents and Media

Reagent activity and culture media viability are not warranted past the manufacturer's expiration date. The expiration date on a test kit reflects the period over which the manufacturer certifies that its reagents, media, and indicators will perform to specification. Inspect USA makes no representation that an expired kit will develop, react, incubate, or read correctly, and does not sell these items for any use requiring a validated result.

Not Intended For

Expired test kits are not sold for diagnostic, clinical, forensic, food safety, real estate transaction, occupational compliance, or any other regulated or reportable testing. Laboratories may decline to process samples collected with expired kits, and results may not be accepted by any authority having jurisdiction.

Warranty

Expired test kits are sold as-is. Inspect USA makes no representation that an expired kit will perform to original manufacturer specifications, and no accuracy, sensitivity, recovery, or shelf-life warranty applies. Manufacturer warranties do not extend past the expiration date.

Returns

All sales of expired product are final. Expired test kits are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except where the item received does not match the item ordered.
