Orange Trace Smoke Emitter Cartridge produces 18000 Cubic Feet of thick orange smoke for an approximate 5 to 8 minute burn time.
Industrial Size 5-8 minute burn time, producing 18,000 Cubic Feet
of thick
Orange, non-toxic smoke. Smoke
emitters provide an inexpensive method of
generating swirling smoke. A great product for testing of high,
medium, and low pressure duct-work systems and also for air balancing. The smoke
emitted is
non-toxic and has the same density as air, so that it is possible to observe
true air movements without the complicating factor of having to allow for the
natural rise or fall of the smoke. The particle size is 0.3 to 2.5 microns making it
ideal to check HEPA filters. The smoke cartridges produce a generous amount of
smoke, which is emitted at a constant rate to help with the identification of
flow patterns.

Important Shipping Note
The S107 Smoke Emitter is securely housed in a translucent plastic container, which includes a foam cushion, humidity seal (approximately 5/8" thick) and a plastic lid. Each unit weighs about 1.4 lbs and is packaged in a 12 oz-size cup for protection.
Despite our best efforts to pack these carefully, there are occasions where the plastic cup may arrive with minor cracks due to shipping impact. This does not affect the performance or functionality of the smoke emitter in any way. If you notice a crack in the container, simply apply tape over the affected area to help prevent any further cracking.
