Laboratory Services and Test Results

For products such as radon or mold test kits, Inspect USA® partners with AccuStar Labs, an independent accredited laboratory. When you mail canisters or samples for processing, you provide any necessary personal or location information directly to AccuStar Labs. Inspect USA® does not collect or store that data during submission.

Inspect USA® may have view-only access to related test results through our secure AccuStar account to help verify a customer’s test or assist with support. In some cases, we may temporarily download a PDF copy of a report for customer service purposes, which is deleted promptly after use. Inspect USA® does not sell, distribute, or reuse laboratory data.

Cookies and Analytics
