For use with fans with a diameter up to 12.5” and a height no greater than 13.5”.

• Fits most radon fans including RadonAway RP, XP and GP fans.
• 5" diameter cutout.
• Durable, paintable ABS plastic material.

Kit includes:

• White ABS fan cover (28043-2)
• Black baseplate (28043-3).
• 4 inch transition fitting (13245), white PVC.
• SS installation screws.
