Inspect USA ships merchandise throughout the United States, Canada, and many other countries. We ask for patience from our international customers, as their shipments may require additional time due to documentation or security screening. Our primary carriers are UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). Not all methods are available for all products, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.
If you require guaranteed delivery, you must select an expedited shipping option and ship to the exact billing address of the credit card used for payment. Carrier guarantees are solely determined by the carrier. Inspect USA does not offer or manage any delivery-time guarantees.
The Inspect USA Shipping Department processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. We make every effort to ship orders received by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (or 9:30 AM for USPS) the same business day, provided billing and shipping addresses match. Orders received after 2:00 PM Friday will ship the following Monday, or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.
Please ensure your delivery information is entered accurately to avoid delays or carrier correction fees. You may include special instructions (for example, “must have by” dates) in the comments section during checkout.
To prevent credit card fraud, the billing and shipping addresses must match. Any difference will delay shipping. There are no exceptions for expedited shipments. Using PayPal may reduce these delays when billing and delivery addresses differ. View expedited shipping options below.
The U.S. Postal Service picks up daily, often as early as 10:30 AM ET. Orders placed by approximately 9:30 AM ET can typically ship the same day, if billing and shipping addresses match. Orders received after that time on Friday will ship Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).
UPS offers a variety of shipping options, allowing you to select the method that best fits your needs. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or post offices. Ground shipping is available to most U.S. and international locations. Additional options are shown below.
If you select an expedited service, every effort will be made to ship your order the same day. To qualify for same-day shipment, the order must be received by 2:00 PM ET and the shipping address must exactly match the credit card billing address.
Insurance is not included in quoted rates. When recommended, insurance will appear as a separate line item during checkout.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address (for example, missing apartment number, transposed ZIP code, or mismatched city/ZIP), or if you change the address while the package is in transit, the carrier may assess an address correction fee of $21.00. You agree to pay this fee, which will be billed separately to your payment method.
If an order is refused or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the carrier will charge a return shipping fee. You agree to pay this cost, which will be billed separately. If the delivery issue is caused by Inspect USA, no additional shipping charge will apply.

Inspect USA will ship your order using the method selected and paid for when available. However, Inspect USA does not control or guarantee carrier performance. Service Guarantee claims are handled exclusively by the carrier. If a carrier issues a refund for a Service Guarantee claim, Inspect USA will pass that refund to you within 15 days of receiving the carrier credit.
Note: UPS and FedEx do not offer Service Guarantee refunds for shipments that include “Additional Handling” charges (e.g., Saturday Delivery, Oversized Packages, etc.).
